CAREY, N.C., Dec. 8 (UPI) — A North Carolina man is suing over his town’s insistence that he remove the message “Screwed by the town of Cary” from the side of his house, officials said.

Rochester, N.Y. – Mobile phone users throughout Monroe County can now provide crime tips through an anonymous text messaging service, County Executive Maggie Brooks announced Tuesday.
