Karol Ladd, best-selling author of more than 20 books, brought a powerful positive message of encouragement to a group of women at Fairway Oaks Country Club on Friday.The gathering was geared to the wives of hunters participating in the annual Disability Resources Inc. quail hunt, and also was meant to bring more attention to DRI programs offered for older adults.
